Shipments are generally made on the same day for all orders placed in working days. Orders are delivered by Lettre Suivie or Colissimo for metropolitan France. Orders delivered by Lettre Suivie are delivered directly into the letterbox without signature. Orders delivered by Colissimo are hand-delivered against signature. The choice of delivery method is left to the discretion of ARCHABE unless the customer chooses the compulsory Colissimo delivery option.

The customer data collected by ARCHABE remains at the disposal of ARCHABE, its possible subsidiaries or parent companies. The data is not disclosed to other persons or companies. At any time you have the possibility to come back and modify your data.

Passwords are not accessible by administrators, the administrator has the ability to reset your password but cannot read a password you enter. If you forget your password, a link is at your disposal on the “connection” page which will send you an email to reset it. You can also ask the administrator to reset it for you.

All payment transactions are made via trusted third parties: Paypal or Banque Populaire. This gives you the certainty that your banking data will only ever be accessible to these banking organisations. All exchanges are encrypted using SSL for optimum security.

We ensure the replacement or refund of the jewellery if it reaches us within 14 days of the date of purchase. Postal charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. In case the jewel is returned damaged by the return transport, the refund or replacement will not be made. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is sufficiently packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.

Within the framework of the orders carried out on the Internet site preprod.pingtipong.com and on any other Internet site of SAS ARCHABE, the orders are effective as of the date of debit of the account of the purchaser for the bank cards.

Any offer for sale is subject to available stocks. Any clause emanating from the buyer which is not accepted in writing by the seller and which is in conflict with these general conditions or particularities defined in the price offer will be considered null and void. No unilateral cancellation of an order will be accepted without the agreement of SAS ARCHABE.

The seller’s price list does not constitute a sale. It can be modified unilaterally without prior information.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net prices in euros including VAT, excluding packaging, transport and insurance costs, ex seller’s warehouse.

By default the price includes French VAT, the price can be recalculated according to local VAT or VAT exemption depending on the country of invoicing and shipment. To do so, the customer must identify himself and have filled in his country and postcode.

You can update your account information at any time. If you lose your password, you can ask for it to be reset. In this case you will be sent a new automatically generated password. You are the only person who knows your passwords.
